    To book a class or an event, please send us a request via the contact form on our webpage, selecting your preferred class type. We will get back to you within 5 working days with payment details. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive your ticket along with a booking confirmation.
  • Can I reschedule my booking?
    Yes, you can reschedule your class up to 14 days before the scheduled date without any fees. For changes within 14 days, please reach out directly to discuss options, as fees may apply.
  • What's the cancellation policy for individual bookings?
    Cancellations made up to 72 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot refund bookings canceled within less than 72 hours of the event due to preparation costs and reserved spots. However, if you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to pass along your booking to a friend! Just send us a quick email with the name and email address of who will be joining in your place, and we’ll ensure they feel warmly welcomed.
  • How are refunds processed?
    Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation. For any issues with refunds, feel free to contact us.
  • How do I redeem a voucher or gift card?
    To redeem a voucher or gift card, please contact us with your voucher reference number and the name of the person who gifted it to you. Additionally, let us know which class you would like to redeem your voucher for so we can provide you with the available dates. Once you confirm your choice, we will complete your booking, and you’ll be all set to join the class.
  • Can vouchers be exchanged for money or refunded?
    No, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. They are valid only for the specified classes and events at Reverie.
  • Are there any additional policies I should be aware of?
    All group bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend securing your preferred date as early as possible. Special requests or customisations may also impact pricing.
  • In which languages are the classes and events conducted?
    Our classes and events are generally held in both English and German, depending on the group’s preferences. In some cases, we may host the class in both languages to ensure everyone can fully participate without language barriers.
  • Where are the cooking classes hosted?
    Our classes are held at various venues. Please check your booking confirmation for specific location details. We select charming and accessible spaces that enhance the experience.
  • What is included in the class?
    Each class includes all necessary ingredients, a meal featuring the dish you create, as well as snacks and non-alcoholic beverages such as water and homemade lemonade.
  • How does Reverie handle allergies and intolerances?
    During the booking confirmation process, we will inquire about any allergies or intolerances you may have. Additionally, we will send a follow-up email a few days before the event to reconfirm this information, ensuring that all logistics are adapted accordingly to accommodate your needs.
  • Do you offer catering services?
    Yes, we also provide catering services for private events, company events, and networking events. For catering requests, please contact us at least 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
  • Do you offer vouchers?
    Yes, vouchers can be requested via our contact form. Please mention which class type you'd like to purchase or the voucher amount you want to gift. If you would like to personalise the gift, it’s ideal to also provide the dedicated name.
  • Is there an age limit for joining the classes?
    There’s no age limit. Everyone is welcome to join! Our classes are designed to be enjoyable for all, whether you’re joining solo, with friends, or as a family. For families with children, we recommend checking our dedicated section for helpful details. We’re here to create a memorable experience for everyone, regardless of age.
  • Are the classes suitable for families or children?
    Yes, families are welcome to join our classes with children aged 16 and above. For younger children, we recommend requesting a special class or event designed for a more kid-friendly environment. In these cases, parents are asked to accompany their children or sign a waiver to acknowledge that Reverie will not assume responsibility for any accidents that may occur.
  • Can I bring extra guests with me?
    Each booking is for a specific number of participants. If you'd like to bring additional guests, please contact us to check availability, as some events have limited capacity.
  • Is there a waiting list if a class is fully booked?
    Yes, if a class is fully booked, you can join our waiting list. We’ll notify you if a spot becomes available.
  • How far in advance should I request a group event?
    We recommend submitting your request ideally minimum 3-4 weeks in advance. This ensures we have enough time to accommodate your group and plan a memorable event.
  • What is the cancellation policy for large group events?
    For large group events, cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the event without any fees. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, as special arrangements and preparations are made in advance for these events.
  • Is there a minimum number of participants required for a group event?
    Yes, our group events require a minimum of 8 participants. If your group consists of fewer than 8 people, an additional charge of 25% per ticket will apply.
  • Why is there an extra charge for groups smaller than 8 pax?
    The additional charge helps us cover the costs of materials, space rental and preparations, ensuring you still receive the full group experience.
  • What if I have a group larger than 8 pax?
    We are happy to accommodate larger groups up to maximum 14 pax! Please provide the exact number of participants when submitting your request so we can make the necessary arrangements.
  • How do I submit a request for a group event?
    You can submit your request via our website or by contacting us directly over our contact form on page. Please include the preferred date, time, number of participants, and any special requests.
  • Can I make changes to my booking after it's confirmed?
    Yes, you can make changes to your booking, but we kindly ask for at least 14 days notice to adjust arrangements accordingly. Changes may be subject to availability.
