For an authentic experience, we use several ingredients which are harvested by ourselves or even shipped by our family in Vietnam. A great umami experience comes along with the passion to viet cuisine. The class itself includes: • The story about Wontons • How to prepare the filling • Making the dough • Forming Wontons • Homemade lemonade • Small bites Aside from the cooking experience, we will taste your own culinary creation at the end and have even the chance to network with other participants. ​
